Don Darnell has been an attorney for over 20 years. As a former Airborne Artillery Soldier he is committed to “Mission First, People Always.” That means committing all necessary resources to achieve the desired result, without forgetting the impact on those persons which he serves. He has tried cases in Federal and State courts, with matters involving patents, anti-trust, shareholder disputes, construction lien/bond, and fraudulent conveyances/ successor liability.
Mr. Darnell is a board member of the City of Dexter Downtown Development Authority and the Dexter Township Zoning Board of Appeals. His military service includes four years as a paratrooper with the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division, and seven years as a field artillery officer with the Michigan Army National Guard.
Paul Grusche is a licensed residential builder in the state of Michigan as well as a career marketer with a Marketing Degree from Michigan State University. After taking part is several successful startups and corporate company turn arounds, he has focused on residential and commercial real estate ventures in the South East, Michigan area.
Mr. Grusche is an experienced project manager with a creative eye and hands-on builder experience. Don shares in the same skill sets. Additionally, they bring complimentary business acumen to develop commercial property and a unique expertise to select and guide the businesses that occupy them.
